Startups raising funds

• Digibee, a Weston, Fla.-based integration platform-as-a-service startup, raised $60m in Series B funding. Goldman Sachs led, and was joined by Leadwind, K Fund, Vivo Ventures, Kinea and G2D. Link
• Instabase, an SF-based social platform for business data, raised $45m in Series C funding at a $2b valuation. Existing investor Tribe Capital led, and was joined by Andreessen Horowitz, Spark Capital and NEA. Link
• Ringover, a French cloud communications startup, raised €20m. Orange Ventures and Bpifrance co-led, and were joined by Expedition Growth Capital. Link
• Granica, which helps AI companies optimize their cloud object storage in Amazon S3 and Google Cloud, emerges from stealth with $45M from NEA, BCV, and others Link

M&A and Private equity deals

• Bain Capital offered to buy Chinese data center operator Chindata Group (Nasdaq: CD) for $2.93b. Link
